Dallan Poulin

Hailing all the way from Victoria, BC, Dallan joins SEALS as a true sports fanatic looking to add legitimacy to spending too many hours in front of televisions watching games.  After a childhood of playing and coaching low-level hockey and baseball, Dallan’s interests now lie in the nuances of collective bargaining, salary caps, and economic forces that drive professional hockey forward.  If you see him, please steer the topic towards sports, as he is likely unable to maintain a meaningful conversation about anything else.
